Permit-Ready Plans in Days, Not Months

We started working with Steve and his crew on Seismic retrofits for our buildings as required by the city of SF. From that positive experience, we went onto building ADUs which is not an easy task due to the many factors involving city permits and inspections as this was a new area that the city just approved. After that was done, we gave our rental remodeling projects to them. From the beginning of the project, they come in using their 3D scanning services to get all the measurements from day 1 which makes it easier to get the plans we wanted and reduces cost. Steve comes from the mindset of operating efficiently and minimizing cost which is huge for property owners as everyone is looking to not spend what is not needed. He is our go to guy as he has always found ways to get the job done. Once we give him the job, we don't have to follow up as he is on top of everything, from schematic plans to getting permits and inspections to sign off.
